Once an order has shipped, DuVise is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by law.

Please carefully review your order, shipping address, size selection, and payment information before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations by DuVise

DuVise reserves the right to cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or a violation of our Terms of Service. If an order is canceled before shipment, any payment received will be refunded.
